You can use this veggie sausage on a vegan Egg McMuffin or next to some delicious vegan crepes. I find store-bought veggie sausages to be chewy and tasteless, with a texture kind of like rubber. I am always left unimpressed. In this video you will learn how to make your own veggie sausage patties at home! tweak the recipe with various spices and get different sausage flavours!

To make this recipe you will need:
cooked white navy beans
vegan “beef” broth or vegetable broth
sundried tomatoes
tamari or vegan Worcestershire
vital wheat gluten
nutritional yeast
garlic
garlic powder
ground fennel
red pepper flakes
smoked paprika
dried oregano
dried thyme
salt
black pepper
