Here is a recipe for the best Vegan Caesar Salad in the world! 🙂
ENJOY MY LOVES!!
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup of Brazil nuts:
(soaked overnight or at least 8 hours then drained) (or cashews, or a mixture of cashews and brazil nuts)
3/4 cup water More if you want a thinner dressing
1 small lemon (approx 1/8 cup) OR 2 tbsp ACV
2 tablespoons of hemp seeds:
3 tbsp capers
1- 2 cloves fresh garlic
Himalayan salt & pepper to taste:
Optional:
-1/8 tsp dry mustard:
– one soaked pitted date: (it just gives it a bit of sweetness and brings out the flavours)
