That is- Palak ka Saag with Multi grain roti.
Spinach———– Health Benefits of Spinach. Low in fat and even lower in cholesterol, spinach is high in niacin and zinc, as well as protein, fiber, vitamins A, C, E and K, thiamin, vitamin B6, folate, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, copper, and manganese.
Multi Grain Roti- I personally prefer Roti or bread from Besan(Gram Flour), Joo, Jawar and Raggi. These breakfast recipes are healthy breakfast ideas for weight loss.
I am not using Wheat flour from past 8 month.
