4) 1 large sized=125gms Tomato (finely cut)
5) 1/4th Cup fresh Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
6) Cooking Oil
7) 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
8) 1 tsp Urad Dal
9) 1/4 tsp Asafoetida Powder
10) 3 Green Chilies (finely chopped)
11) 8-10 Curry leaves
12) 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
13) Salt to taste
